Percobaan Fotosintesis
1. Ingenhouz
- tujuan: membuktikan pada fotosintesis dilepaskan oksigen,
- obyek: tanaman air Hydrilla verticillata,
- hasil: tanaman air yang ditutup dengan corong terbalik dan ditempatkan di bawah sinar matahari maka timbullah gelembung-gelembung gas (oksigen).
2. Engelmann
- tujuan: membuktikan pada fotosintesis mutlak diperlukan klorofil,
- obyek: ganggang Spyrogira dan bakteri oksigen,
- hasil: hanya kloroplas yang terkena sinar yang melepaskan oksigen, hal ini terbukti dengan berkerumunnya bakteri oksigen di sekitar tempat yang terkena sinar.
3. Sachs
- tujuan: membuktikan bahwa pada fotosintesis dihasilkan amilum,
- obyek: daun yang sebagian ditutup dan reagent Yodium,
- hasil: daun yang menjadi obyek dimasukkan ke air panas kemudian ke alkohol dan kemudian ke reagent Yodium. Hasilnya adalah daun yang tidak ditutup berwarna hitam dan yang ditutup tidak berwarna.
Berikut ini adalah laporan hasil percobaan fotosintesis sederhana seperti percobaan fotosintesis sach, engelmann dkk.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
